Manage internal and external stakeholders as a result of the merger of Fitness First Asia and Celebrity Fitness in 2017 leading to a re-brand transformation and integration of operational systems, processes and metrics for the three brands: Fitness First, Celebrity Fitness and Fivelements. Core responsibilities: - Design end-to-end L&D proposition from recruitment to defining strategy and best practices. - Deliver a consistent and scalable L&D proposition. - Create a complete customer experience supported by training content, following acquisition of Fivelements in 2018. - Engage stakeholders from boardroom down to rollout at ground level.Achievements: - Pioneered the Certification Journey framework for all three brands. - Successfully directed the group re-brand in 2017, engaging 7,000 staff to adapt to new brand identity. - Post-merger survey indicated 85% team satisfaction in confidence and knowledge in their roles

Create and implement all engagement and learning programs from conception to delivery.Achievements: - Launched a L&D facilitator competency programme to support a culture of learning throughout the organization.- Launched a Certification Journey framework to enhance core and role specific talent development from new starters up to senior management.
