• Assists to formulate, implement and review plans for the development of GROs and the community.• Identifies and builds positive working relationships with external parties to promote interesting and novel courses and programmes• Provides administrative and logistical support and guidance to the GROs to facilitate effective implementation of their activities.• Monitors the budgetary requirements and expenditure controls of the GROs to ensure optimum utilisation of funds
