Support and guide over 200 students to reach high school graduation status. Utilize Progress Book, ODDEX, and APEX Learning to monitor student's progress. Advise students one-on-one to encourage and motivate. Appointed school test administrator for ACT and State of Ohio End of Course Exams. Other duties include processing high school transcripts and entering grades.

I am the office manager who enters, files and maintains student records in a very fast-paced environment . I perform duties such as answering the school phone, ordering supplies and greeting new students while assisting with the application process. I represent Franklinton Prep High School at recruitment events and help make students feel at home during a visit to the school.

For 4 consecutive years, I served as the Director of CCP/Dual Enrollment where I supervised, trained, and mentored the Assistant Director and Specialist while overseeing the enrollment of 6000+ students. In this role, I was instrumental in developing all new policies, procedures, and workflow for CCP internal and external stakeholders. In addition, I managed the academic planning of all embedded CCP courses increasing enrollment by 6000+ students.

Hired as the Assistant Director of Dual Enrollment, I completed tasks assigned by the Director supporting the mission of the department while overseeing the marketing of the program via website, information nights, and publications. Facilitating the enrollment of all students, I also supervised the advising process for all CCP students.

As Recruitment Manager of the Gateway, I was responsible to spearhead all recruitment events highlighting academic programs for the Newark Campus and 3 other extended campuses in Coshocton, Mount Vernon, and Pataskala. Responsible to hire, train, and supevise 6 Recruiters and 1 Assistant, I also helped develop strategic goals for the office supporting 120+ partnerships.

As the Gateway Manager of Advising, I oversaw functions of the Access and Retention Department including supervising 2 staff members and an Ameri-Corp VISTA. In addition, my responsibilities included administering all academic advising functions along with hiring, training, and supervising advisors in the Gateway and at 3 extended campuses.

In this role, I worked collaboratively with Gateway Managers to coordinate operational functions of admissions, academic advising, customer service, records, registration, and access and student retention programs. My responsibilities included executing and enforcing college policy and procedures while serving as the College’s Residency Officer.

As the Senior Associate Director, I collaborated with enrollment administators to develop, implement and manage the new Student Consolidated Services Center. My key responsibility was to hire train, and supervise the Assistant Director of the center, 2 Residency Officers, and 22 Student Services Specialists.
