• Worked as a 0.5 head on two client accounts (Rolls Royce & Assa Abloy) as the sole designated Talent Intelligence Consultant. This required effective time-management skills to meet the needs for both clients. • Splitting my time between accounts required increased stakeholder management, such as managing expectations of workload and realistic deadlines to produce useful and impactful insight reports for both accounts.• To help meet the clients expectations for report quantity and turnaround time, I also collaborated as a team with other Talent Intelligence consultants who had clients in the same sector. This allowed was particularly important when both Rolls Royce and Assa Abloy entered busy recruitment periods. • Collaborated with other Talent Intelligence consultants aligned to Industrial-sector client accounts to create a quarterly newsletter, which investigated important recruitment topics related to the sector: eg. Talent shortages in the industrial industry.• I was required to be adaptable in my insight methodology and how I represented the findings to recruiters and senior stakeholders, as both accounts ad slightly different ways of work and differing expectations. • I was also responsible for joining manager meetings and updating managers on my current workload and capacity. I produced weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to outline the work that has been completed and provide evidence of feedback from the recruitment team to demonstrate how the insights had been used to improve the hiring process.• In addition to completed my everyday tasks, I also continued to mentor the Grade 1 colleague.
