Managed a multi-disciplinary program developing novel solar systems with low installation costs for the residential market. Project work included technology development, electrical and structural codes/standards assessment, and commercialization efforts.

Created new processes to support early development of analyses and projects, supporting long-term strategic impact and in alignment with fundraising, in 40-person Climate and Energy Program. Initiated and led program to design and prototype an electromechanical device (for US government, 12-person team, budget over $850k). Also led project to develop unscented Kalman filters for orientation sensors (for US government, 3-person team, budget of $70k). Drove improvements in orientation sensor calibration and in production process throughput by developing mathematical analysis and software simulators.

Analyzed solidification and transport due to flow in reactive porous media. Researched cavitation in lubrication flows and resulting hydrodynamic forces on objects.
