I have a Master of Laws degree and a CPA CA designation, which enable me to bring legal and accounting expertise to complex and dynamic situations.As the Chair of Libro Credit Union, I provide governance oversight to a $3 billion financial institution that operates in South Western Ontario. I also serve as the Chair of the Audit Committee, ensuring the integrity and transparency of the financial reporting and risk management processes. Previously, I was the Vice President Finance & CFO at London Health Sciences Centre, where I joined a few weeks before the COVID pandemic and quickly adapted to the changing reality. Through collaboration and innovation, I supported the organization's readiness and ability to address the needs of our patients, staff, and community. I have also held leadership positions in the education sector, where I led the non-academic services for the London District Catholic School Board and served on various boards and committees related to capital, technology, and procurement. My mission is to encourage people to execute strategic priorities through focus and authentic curiosity. I enjoy working with diverse and talented teams, fostering a culture of radical candor and continuous improvement.
