I am an Advertising professional, with an MBA in Business Management and more than 20 years of experience in branding, marketing and communication. And I love what I do.Today I am proud to be responsible for managing the strategy and research team at one of the most renowned branding consultancies in the country, serving national and multinational clients in various projects related to brands – from creation to repositioning or excavation of Purpose – and consumer insights.My previous experience is very broad in marketing: I started working in agencies and then became a “client”. I managed live marketing, trade marketing and commercial teams. I organized corporate events in Brazil and abroad, such as fairs, conventions, awards and international incentive trips. I was also responsible for a large team-training program (for an audience of more than 50 thousand people) and for planning experience marketing actions, merchandising, sponsorship evaluation, incentive campaigns, promotional actions and activations.At this point in my journey, I already know how to define my “personal brand essence”: I am extroverted, motivated and a total “people person”. I love dealing with people. The type who prefers to work in person just to have the opportunity to exchange and talk to the team. 😊To close, I share 3 random facts about myself:- I'm almost getting a black belt in kung fu,- I manage @Fazeruque, an Instagram profile with tips on bars and restaurants,- for two years I have been seriously studying Psychoanalysis, a topic that interests me a lot (after all, as my boss and mentor, Jaime Troiano, says, “only those who understand people can build a strong brand”).
