After graduating from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI receiving a bachelors in Food Service Management I continued working at Stew a Leonard in Norwalk, CT. While completing my Associates degree in Culinary Arts I completed an internship at Stew Leonard's and since then I knew this was the company for me. Not only is it a Fortune magazine "100 Best Companies to Work For", but it is a fantastic company to grow with and advance my career. Since being hired just under 3 years ago I’ve grown from part time cook to full time chef in their Norwalk location, as well as transferring to there brand new location in Paramus, NJ and taking on the position of chef and team leader of packaging.
