Current// Established the Australia practice headquartered in Melbourne with multi-million dollar revenue with a service portfolio that includes market entry strategies, in-depth risk assessments, effective government relations, regulatory navigation, and strategic communications, all aimed at enhancing client performance. // Lead a multidisciplinary and international team of consultants, senior advisers, and support staff that work to support multinationals, small to medium sized business’ and not for profit organisations, covering sectors of trade and investment, energy, security and defence, transport, space, agriculture, infrastructure, technology and cyber security, and higher education. // Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. Mentor and develop talent within the firm to ensure a pipeline of future leaders.// Manage the financial performance of my division, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring profitability. // Drive the expansion of the firm by identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and enhancing TAG's market position. Assist in the enhancement or development of proprietary tools and methodologies, including the adoption of technology and innovative practices to enhance the firm's analytical capabilities, efficiency and service offerings, using machine learning (A.I.). // Represent TAG in public forums and private roundtables (CSIS, CNAS, United State Institute for Peace, Stanford University, Chatham House), industry conferences (Munich Conference, Shangri-la Dialogue, Sydney Dialogue), enhancing the firm's visibility and reputation as a leader in the field. Serve as a subject matter expert, contributing to the intellectual capital of the firm through research, and analysis.
