• The Western Grassroots Director role was a dual role of leading AHF advocacy efforts in the West while also managing AHF's Housing is a Human Right department. A major piece of this role was co-leading the campaign for.

• The Healthy Housing Foundation is AHF's program dedicated to providing safe, affordable housing. I was brought in at the beginning of 2018 to help launch the department. My primary duties:
• Act as HHR's communications lead, including oversight of all HHR press releases.
• Co-creation and implementation of department systems, processes, and procedures.
• Design and copyediting of promotional materials via Adobe Spark and Photoshop.
• Design and execution of HHF's housing roundtable discussion with Sen. Sanders at the Sanders Institute's "The Gathering" conference in 2018.
• Support of AHF's statewide initiative campaign Prop 10 (Rent Control, 2018, CA ballot), including acting as a liaison between the internal team and outside consultants, creation of campaign materials, and execution of.

Greater Los Angeles Area

• In this new role, my primary duties expanded to include:
• Co-create, from concept to roll out, AHF's 340B drug pricing national marketing campaign.
• Oversee more frequent and larger-scale work with partner organizations.
• Support Issue 2 (Fair Drug Pricing, 2017, OH ballot).

Los Angeles Metropolitan Area

• As the Marketing and Communications Manager, my primary duties expanded to include:
• Draft press releases, including AHF's official statement of support of Ferguson protesters and the Black Lives Matter movement.
• Manage direct reports on the team.
• Plan and execute events (including AHF's presence in 20+ gay pride parades across the Nation).
• Research, plan, and on the ground execution of a six week campaign bus tour across the state for Prop 61 (Fair Drug Pricing, 2016, CA ballot).
• Support large-scale advocacy actions, including a march in Alabama and a large-scale concert and voter registration drive in Atlanta, feat. Patti LaBelle, Common, and The Roots.

Greater Los Angeles Area

• As the Marketing Coordinator, my primary duties expanded to include:
• Co-creation of an internal subcommittee aimed at bringing messages of safer sex and STI testing to alternative sexuality communities (e.g. leather community, polyamorous community).
• Co-creation and roll out of a safer sex marketing campaign featuring title-holding leathermen, with artwork running on multiple print and digital platforms, including the back cover of Frontiers magazine.
• Recruitment, hiring, and oversight department interns.
• Research of STI statistics within the leather community, the history and evolution of safer sex practices within gay bathhouses, and proper terminology for marginalized communities.

Greater Los Angeles Area

• My primary duties:
• Design and coordination of the internal Marketing Project Request process for new projects.
• Manage the creation of new promotional items, including working with outside vendors to determine the most desirable products producible on the shortest timeline for the best price.
• Manage the department invoicing system, including personally processing 100+ invoices weekly.
• Oversee the weekly department meeting with the AHF President— a task that included coordinating project presentations by AHF employees from across the world.Other duties included: drafting website copy, building press.

• Coilhouse magazine was a leading alternative fashion & arts magazine.My primary duties:
• Review and correct links within online articles.
• Review issue mockups for text and design errors.
• Social media listening and brand tracking.
