Current- Coordination of Sales
- Verification of customer purchase orders or contracts (terms and conditions) concluded by the sales and marketing manager or the European manager, before input in the sales system database.
- Follow up on the sales forecast regularly, as well as the production orders for each customer, and inform the manager of any irregularities or changes.
- Verification of the lots produced to ensure they meet the customers’ requirements (specifications, size, quantity, packaging, etc)
- Preparation of the necessary documentation for each sale (invoice, certificate of origin, certificate of insurance, certificate of analysis, packing declaration, etc.)
- Verification of letters of credit issued by the banks of various customers (including bank reliability)
