As Site Manager, I was tasked with establishing and leading five sites across the Central Coast region after MatchWorks secured the DES ESS and DMS contracts. In my first year, I successfully scaled our caseload from zero to over 200 DES participants. I recruited and trained a new team, many without prior industry experience, achieving 100% staff retention and high engagement levels. By fostering strong relationships with existing Employment Support teams and optimising shared resources, I established a profitable and sustainable operation.
