I have provided training and workshops to the Pacific Gateway Workforce Investment Network/City of Long Beach, Trojan Battery Inc., Southern California Edison, Otis College, The California Endowment, UCLA, State of California, California State University, Dominguez Hills, British Petroleum Refinery, City of Carson, Carson Boys and Girls Club, Connections for Children, Rotary Club, Carson Chamber of Commerce, Chef Michael Wray, winner of TV show “Hell’s Kitchen” Long Beach, Carson, Torrance, Beach Cities and Harbor One-Stop Centers, South Bay Professional Association and the National Society of Black Engineers. Last year I trained over 4,000 people in areas of Communication, Social Media, Career Transition,(resumes, interviewing, career planning) Performance Management, Community Leadership, and Communication using the Personal Strengths Publishing concept. I also created off site/retreats for companies and utilized Obstacle Courses, Go-Cart Racing, Rock Band, Jeopardy, and Bingo to build teams!A large part of my business is providing coaching to executives, managers, supervisors, college students, and the unemployed.

Since 2013, I have had the priveledge of creating a session of courses for the Trojan Battery Company which has locations in California, Georgia and Florida. The company identifies 10 employees to attend eight classes to enhance their professionalism and growth. JagTag created the curriculum for the classes which includes, communication, conflict resolution, professional presentations, coaching, leadership, performance appraisals, business writing, time management, listening, problem solving, goals setting, empowering for success and global business. We start in California and travel to Georgia and Florida for classes and plant tours and graduate back in California. This has been an amazing opportunity.
