Assists department heads in the completion of Club goals, acts in a support capacity to the department head who they are working with and promotes the mission and the vision of the club through positive contact with staff and membership.In working at The Cabana:• Oversees Cabana and pool deck events• Assists whenever possible in the greeting and departing process of members and guests• Addresses members with friendly and courteous attitudes at all times• May perform server duties when needed• Responsible for being alert to and/or resolving potential problems with under age drinking or over-consumption of alcoholIn working with the Food & Beverage Department:•Works with the Food & Beverage Floor Manager by working some of the events on the minor supervision of staff and the achievement of Member satisfaction with food service areas.In working with the Banquet Department:•Utilize BEO to ensure rooms are set to specifications of party host•Responsible for setting up banquet room as specified by Supervisor to include linen, service ware, and glassware •Serve food and/or beverages in the order and to the expectation of the Supervisor to ensure consistency throughout the banquet •Responsible for accommodating all guests at a function and responding politely to their requests •Once banquet is complete, reset banquet rooms according to BEO specifications to ensure the readiness of the room for the following function

Holds full accountability in organizing social/philanthropic events, coordinating with fraternities on joint social projects and booking venues and transportation. Demonstrate project management skills in maintaining within the allotted budget. Secure completion of all required forms and approval from the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life. Supervise check in procedures at the house and sorority sponsored events. Monitor all Kappa Delta members attending functions.

Assisted in setting up career fairs at various universities. Assumed responsibility for presentations at career fairs, promoting the company and the benefits of a career with Tourico. Conducted assessment of resumes in cooperation with supervisor. Disseminated offer letters, welcome packages, and mass emails to newly accepted employees. Attentively answered questions and concerns of newly accepted employees before their arrival. •Received special assignment to travel to universities in Florida including University of Miami, University of North Florida, Florida International University and University of Central Florida to represent the company at career fairs.•Maintained constant coordination with more than 200 universities to keep them updated with the company’s program offerings.•Played an integral role in increasing the number of applicants, from 1 to 2 up to an average of 6 to 10 applicants per day.
