Office Administrator
Current• Oversee the pay compensation for trade and non-trade employeest, while assuring the accuracy of their work hours and wages according to their varying labor contracts• Assist in creating an annual budget proposal that is submitted to the Mayor’s office for approval and adoption• Allocate and maintain the office budget, including oversight of all purchases, expense accounts, and invoices• Supervise office support staff as well as Warehouse Supervisor to include hiring, assigning and reviewing duties, scheduling, training, and managing employee performance.• Evaluate office procedures in order to improve productivity and/or workflow, and develop and implement changes where needed• Create finance records for all Snow Emergency events to send for billing, and assume point of contact for any documentation or explanation needed in the case of a dispute• Conduct annual review of policies and rules for the city’s Residential Parking Permit program• Maintain office recordkeeping, retention schedules, and departmental forms
