Responsible for processing weekly payrolls for two properties.

• Provide service to team members and business partners after performing analysis, configuration, validation, and production phases to establish a successful implementation.• Review internal design documents to ensure proper configuration.• Configure Autopay, Netsecure, Management Reports, Custom check programs among other miscellaneous items.• Collaborate with Manila offshore team to mentor their development.

• Assigned to support the Large Client team which services the region’s most complex and highest revenue accounts.• Coordinate communication with other regions and departments to expedite responses to critical client issues.• Stay abreast of product changes, enhancements as well as statutory requirements that may affect payroll and HR. Worked with PCPW, Payexpert, and Workforce Now products.• Participated in complex projects or assignments to set up or satisfy client requests. These could vary from custom report generation, loading of history, accrual configuration and maintenance, etc.• Serve as a part of a high performing team, always prioritizing the needs of the teams while maintaining the highest level of personal performance.• Participate in client visits and interactions designed to strengthen business relationships and address serious issues for critical accounts that may be at risk.
