From its inception in 1990, I managed Tonal Vision's business affairs, designed and maintained its web site and helped promote my husband Kraig's music. In 2002, Procter & Gamble offered me an early retirement package, and I joined Kraig full time at Tonal Vision, helping expand it into video and multimedia, in the process earning a second Masters in Producing Film & Video from American University in Washington, DC. In 2022, after 20 years of working together, Kraig and I were in an auto accident which eventually resulted in his death. Afterward, I closed the recording studio and refocused the business on visual storytelling. An important key element is a new documentary, "Accordion Étouffée: The Kraig Greff Story", now in production, which will chronicle Kraig's life and career.

TIVA-DC, the Television, Internet & Video Assn. of DC, is dedicated to promoting education and excellence in media production for professionals, pre-professionals and students in the DC metro area. I was President during the transition from ITVA-DC, a chapter of MCA-I (Media Communications Assn.-International), to its current status as an independent nonprofit.

During my 21 years in R&D management with Procter & Gamble. I helped develop Liquid Tide, provided technical support and issues analysis of the phosphate detergent issue, helped obtain FDA approval of the fat substitute Olestra, managed the client side of the development and roll-out of a global IT application "Clearance Tracking" and earned my law degree nights during my time as Beauty Care Regulatory Affairs Section Head.
