• Spearhead worldwide creative content for Home Entertainment Division, managing relationships and creative processes for 100+ annual digital and physical releases of $MM films and top-performing TV series including Deadpool, The Martian, The Revenant, Modern Family, Sons of Anarchy, and more• Define strategy and vision in collaboration with Brand Marketing, establishing engaging hooks, short-form content, pre-release programs, narrative concepts, behind-the-scenes features, deleted scenes, gag reels, apps and menus • Manage budgets up to $20M and drive complex content production schedules from initial script stages to the completion of a film, consistently fulfilling all targets • Develop and strengthen sensitive relationships with top filmmakers, producers, vendors, and studios, managing expectations and approvals, to ensure productive collaborations • Manage Home Entertainment Content Division and 13 direct reports responsible for producing content across all Home Entertainment brands• Lead Family/Animation titles to ensure compelling content for titles including The Peanuts Movie, Alvin and the Chipmunks franchise, Ice Age franchise, Kung Fu Panda 3 and How To Train Your Dragon 2 • Launch Fox iTunes Extras, Vudu, Digital Copy and mobile apps to reach digital consumers and boost sales • Conceive vision and function of apps to engage digital consumers in releases • Co-created Global Content Development Group in 2001, facilitating content and menus, and overseeing domestic DLTs/CMFs, becoming the first marketing service department in Home Entertainment to go global Previous positions: Executive Director, Global Content Development, 2004 - 2006Director, Global Content Development, 2001 - 2004 Director, International Creative Services, 1998 - 2001
