Oversaw operations of an all day restaurant located within a hotel. During my tenure the menu and atmosphere were overhauled from fine dining to a casual family restaurant.My accomplishments included implementing weekly training and knowledge sessions, met and exceeded revenue targets in a low occupancy hotel, acheiving more revenue over the holiday party season than the catering department, and a successful transition between a fine dining and family dining restaurant.

A role that began as reservationist for the Future Inns Cambridge, developed into full-time Marketing and Revenue Management through the transition from a flagged property to an independent. I wrote and selected the designs for company websites, oversaw photography, and created all print materials for the launch of the new brand. In Revenue Management, I configured the PMS system for the 'new' hotel, managed rates & inventory on the GDS and other external platforms, and trained front desk staff on the PMS and proper procedures in the hotel
