At Placester, I lead the MLS Data Operations team. As the Standards and Evaluations Officer, I ensured all United States Air Force flight students completed their required training curriculum with the proper knowledge and testing needed. Being a personnelist in the USAF-R, I was coordinating and managing all of the Commander's programs to include the flight readiness of F-16 pilots, reenlistments, promotions, separations, retirements, reassignments, awards, and family care plans. Ensured that members were fully approved for offical travels through the Defense Travel System (DTS) and updated all records on the Military Personnel Data System (MilPds).

Army Research Laboratory - White Sands Missile Range

Ensured that the entire Army Research Laboratory - Laboratory Operations team was on track with their training requirements, virtual conferences, and office scheduling. Reviewed all documents prior to being published to ensure they followed proper policies. Managed the in-processing and out-processing program for all employees working at ARL.

Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico

As the Unit Deployment Manger, I manage all of the deployments for the squadron for both personnel and equipment. In addition to that, I maintain all personnel records to ensure everyone is up to date on health, training and overall readiness. I kept inventory on all initial issue gear as well as budgeted and ordered all the gear and supplies for the squadron. During this time, I also became the Commanders Secretary managing Enlisted Performance Reports and managing the commanders appointments and all of the appropriate calendars.

Spangdahlem Ab, Germany

I maintained all of the generators for Spangdahlem Air Base as well as the Aircraft Arresting Systems. In addition to doing the maintenance on these pieces of equipment, I also managed the records for them and trained many personnel base-wide on the proper operations in case of an emergency. During my time here, I joined the Snow Removal team for a winter season to ensure that the airfield did not close so all the flight sorties were able to complete their missions.
