Human Resources Director
CurrentProvide executive HR servant-leadership and management to the organization. Direct all human resources activities including recruiting, training, performance management, organizational development, payroll, compensation and benefits, employment policies, onboarding, offboarding, legal compliance, staff communications, EEO, Safety, HRIS administration, employment law consultation, career-pathing/employee development, and professional coaching/mentoring. Serve as a member of the Management Committee, provided counsel concerning human resources activities impacting business decisions and strategic planning. Focus is on building a strong HR function with solidified processes, procedures, and HR best practices in order to ensure a smooth HR operations for a strong, growing non-profit organization where building relationships with urban youth and developing leaders is our mission!
