Recruited as the first line HR support to the Americas staff with management of a full spectrum of HR operation systems and programs. Played a key role with the transition from Oracle to Workday HRIS; created and managed personnel record filing system (hard and soft copies); administered benefits enrollment; and coordinated recruiting of employees.
