Dedicated to contributing to a more stable and secure banking and financial system in the SSM and Europe.Worked in the collaborative transfer lab "Cybermapping" of DFKI & Deutsche Bundesbank to investigate on systemic cyber risks in the financial system, using artificial intelligence. Gained practical experience at Commerzbank AG, since then working for > 10 years in banking supervision at Deutsche Bundesbank. Holding a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance. Expertise in Credit Risk incl. Internal Models, Capital/ICAAP, Internal Audit, IT risk incl. outsourcing, Governance and Liquidity Risk from a supervisory perspective. Published co-author in Internal Models topics. Experienced team lead in banking supervision: in JSTs (as JST Sub-Coordinator and as team lead) and during on-site missions (as Head of Mission and sub-team lead). Supervised and assessed > 20 banks in Europe on- and off-site, thereof G-SIBs, consumer credit lenders, retail lenders, universal banks, central institutions and specialized banks (leasing, factoring, object finance, mortgage loans).Curious about new ways of working, the impacts of digitalization on our daily professional life and the application of modern technologies.
