I enjoy bringing things together: causes and communities, people and planet, aspirations and opportunities - to make the world a better, greener, more inclusive place. As an executive search 'headhunter', I partner with education, not-for-profit, and international development organisations in their search for the best talent. My track record spans hard-to-fill senior, C-suite, and board-level appointments for a vast portfolio of clients, from the global education partnership Teach For All, to the esteemed Aga Khan Development Network in Central Asia and Africa, and from Parsons and The New School in New York, to the University of Adelaide in Australia.I am a bit of a versatilist, having tackled a range of programme management, policy, engagement and communications roles in the public, private, and third sectors, in professional and voluntary capacities. On the side but close to heart, I am committed to sustainability, and environmental and social governance (ESG). I spearheaded my search firm's efforts towards becoming the first in the sector to attain B Corporation certification, as a visible mark of the our commitment to the highest standards of ESG performance. A lapsed ecologist, my first and lasting passion is biodiversity conservation and I sit on the IUCN Commission on Education and Communication. Scouting is my avocation, preparing young people with #SkillsForLife. Though, 15+ years on as a Leader, I still can't get 6-year-olds to form a perfect circle...Always happy to exchange hellos and explore collaborations.
