Developed, delivered, and assessed the impact of all field sales learning and enablement opportunities, aligning to company strategy and objectives. Lead developer and designer of AXA's Succession Planning initiative and program.

Worked closely with internal organizations and industry partners to identify company initiatives, business development opportunities, and learning objectives; positioning, implementing and supporting these initiatives to increase our associates’ retention and development rates nationally. Identified key results desired, business rational for providing key learning initiatives, and critical solutions needed to support the delivery of these initiatives. Provided facilitation leadership, both live (centralized university or in field training) and virtually, to ensure consistency in delivery of content and to measure program impact, examining results and supporting reinforcement training conducted at the local level (train-the-trainer). Incorporated principles of adult learning theory and techniques into all training content and curriculums. 2009 AXA Innovation Award recipient recognized for leading the project life cycle development and delivery of Career Path Tracks, a virtual competency based sales training, market development and practice management career progression platform. Delivery of the platform provided our field associates with greater access and exposure to learning and development opportunities in an environment of reduced training resources.  Led adoption and implementation of CPT into our branch and district training cultures, resulting in enrollments surpassing annual goal over 180% in first year.  Reduced time to market, delivering all components of project plan on time utilizing existing technology solutions (LMS) and resources resulting in project savings over $1.5 million. Provided leadership and daily management of key strategic project initiatives. Implementation of other key initiatives included: The AXA Institute, eScoreboard Activity Tracking, Richard Weylman Target Marketing & Target Recruiting platforms, The Coaching Model Workshop, and the Experienced Hire Branch Transition Plan program.

Provided daily operational and supervisory (regulatory & human capital) support to over 170 active Sales Associates and 25 assigned employees in a $6 million branch office organization. Over my 3 year period of time, our organization grew to a $10 million branch placing us in the 10 top branches within AXA in operational and sales management.

Managed the operational structure of seven branch offices and twenty one district locations from Denver, CO to Seattle, WA, Northern California and Honolulu, HI. Responsibilities included consistent training and development for Sales Associates, Branch Operations Managers, Technology Managers, and support staff at each location.

Provided operational, technology and Series 24 compliance support to over 150 active Sales Associates in a $4 million branch office. Managed two outlying district offices and over 30 detached Sales Associate offices. Created and implemented training classes designed to assist associates, support staff, and management to be more effective with AXA systems, procedures, and to share best practices.
