I was responsible for ensuring internal services, including HR, finance, facilities management and I.T were structured to meet the organisations current and on-going requirement. This included developing effective business strategy with the management committee and management team.I was also responsible for developing quality measures and successfully achieving Investors in People accreditation and Supporting People’s “Quality Mark”. I managed the organisations Equality and Diversity agenda.
