Primarily, I bring the complete managerial skill set (plan, organize, direct, and control) that has been thoroughly tested in an extreme manufacturing environment. Secondary to my primary role as a Supervisor of Business Planning, I am frequently called upon to solve a variety of problems throughout the logistical chain (10 other facilities).Additionally, I bring traits and values that include responsibility/ownership, adaptability, and a refuse to fail attitude. I enjoy working in teams to accomplish things I could not do alone. I have a talent for turning visions and stated goals into reality. I easily take ownership of senior management's goals and actively contribute to the success of the organization or team. Finally, my continuous pursuit for excellence has led to numerous successes throughout my career and I continue to look for opportunities and challenges.
