As a member of the Waste Section I organise events on the Circular Economy and the Wealth of Waste.

As a Charity Administrator, I managed the grand-giving portfolio of East African countries in the field of education and social care. While organizing project site visits through East Africa, I developed a CRM system to organize and monitor international trips. This tool is now rolled out in all international Porticus offices.In the wider Anthos organization I set up the Carbon Footprint Project Group carrying out climate offsetting and energy monitoring programs, first in the Amsterdam office and later on international level.

Starting at the facility desk, I soon became Secretary of the Works Council and filled in as Interim Office Manager. In these positions I achieved to breathe new life in the Emergency Responce team and played a connective role during the merger between IKV and Pax Christi.

'My love, we are on the move', writes my grandfather Sam, a Dutch mayor and resistance leader, to my grandmother Hanny in January 1945. It's the last note she receives before he is gone missing after being imprisoned in concentration camp Neuengamme. This historic documentary, starting as a 1930's idyll of a Dutch mayors couple on the country side, slowly turns into a page turner, investigating the fate and the impact of a missing family member.

At the Dutch Historic Garden Society I assisted to the introduction of the first website, editing the open garden book and operated as editor-in-chief at interim of the Garden Journal, distributed amongst the donors.

After Pictura Sweden draw back most of its activities from the Netherlands, I have been engaged in several volunteer and interim assignments. Amongst others, I have been volunteer coach at the Refugee Centre Utrecht and (Interim) Coordinator and Garden Committee member at the Utrecht University Museum Garden, coordinating gardeners and coaching volunteers to maintain and expose the historic botanical garden.

Starting as a copy-writer of poems cards for special occasions and history birthday cards, I developed myself from product manager, coordinating the production of postcards in Sweden, to office manager, replacing the director when he was transferred to Pictura Denmark. Eventually, Pictura Sweden draw back it's office from Utrecht and is now selling its postcards through agents in the Netherlands.

During and after my study, I facilitated training of trainers on organizational and group dynamics for university and high-school students; And later on, I offered skills training (communication, negotiation, conflict resolution and sales) to starting entrepreneurs, social welfare and legal students.Curious of real-time organizational dynamics and communication skills, I accepted a job as a copy-writer at an international wholesale company of greeting cards, see my experiences over there above.
