• Assist the Mortgage Advisor with all tasks related to loan production to include loan application and origination, coordination with processing and operations teams, and follow up with customers. • Handle correspondence for MA and provide backup service to customers and referral sources in their absence. • Assist MA with reports, analysis and statistics to help maximize selling opportunities and funded loans. • Learn and utilize various in-house technical systems and programs to provide optimal support to their MA. • Manage the MA's database ensuring accurate information is maintained.

Execute daily visual merchandise updates according to visual guidelines and store sell through. Replenish the sales floor according to the current floor set concepts and ensure shipment gets out in a timely manner daily. Develop and execute floor sets every six weeks according to concept directives. Works alongside management, associates and the stock team in visual training, product placement, and presentation of the overall store to company standards. Provides customer service
