Jacqueline is an award-winning accredited public relations and strategic communications professional. Based in Oklahoma City, Jacqueline joined the Gooden Group in 2020 and serves as a senior account director.Jacqueline’s top priority is ensuring Gooden Group clients are aware of the latest trends, insights and news involving their business and industry. She offers strategic planning, crisis communication, media relations support and media training for a diverse group of clients.Her background includes twenty years experience in public relations, marketing, crisis management, and broadcast media. Before joining the Gooden Group, Jacqueline led the cybersecurity communications and training program at Sonic Drive-In Corporate and served as a senior executive at a PR agency. For nearly a decade, she worked as an Emmy-nominated, award-winning television news reporter in stations across the country, including News 9 in Oklahoma City.Jacqueline actively serves on the Board of Directors as the vice president of The Greater Oklahoma City Asian Chamber of Commerce. In her previous role as marketing chair, the committee was recognized with two Communication Excellence Awards from the Oklahoma Chamber of Commerce Executives.In 2024, Jacqueline was recognized as one of 50 Women of the Year in Oklahoma by The Journal Record. In 2023, she was named PR Professional of the Year by the Public Relations Society of America’s OKC Chapter, as one of 405 Business Magazine’s Most Influential, and as Hundred Magazine's 100 Wildly Capable Women. She is an alumnus of Leadership Oklahoma City’s LOYAL Class V, SALLT Young Leaders and a graduate of the United Way of Central Oklahoma’s Board Serve Program. She was also recognized as one of OKCBiz’s Forty Under 40 honorees and as Asia Society of Oklahoma’s Outstanding Asian American for her contributions in the community.
