HR was not my first choice for a career, it was a career path that came to me and that I discovered a passion for over many years. The connection which can develop between people can be meaningful.To further my understanding of people and how to manage them, I returned to university to complete a postgraduate degree in Human Resources (HR Management) whilst simultaneously stepping into my new role as HR Administrator.This was a challenge returning to study after many years in various careers ranging from hospitality, architecture, medical, professional services and manufacturing, but one that brought me to the career I love today. These careers and educational opportunities provided me with the expertise and experience I have today. As a Partner/Director at HR Leading Edge, I was able to bring a breath of knowledge from industries l have worked in. Now at Licensing Essentials I can offer the business the same depth of knowledge in employment law, recruitment, compliance and policy writing. I am excited and look forward to working with the team.I love learning and that has provided me the opportunities to achieve a Diploma in Modern Applied Psychology, Counselling and Stress & Anxiety Management Psychology.I enjoy travel, time with family and seeking new knowledge.
