I am a freelance food photographer, who specializes in vegan food styling and photographing for cookbooks, food product companies, and restaurants. I have completed shooting for 15 cookbooks, lifestyle photography, and several publications.

I create enticing and innovative recipes that cater to vegetarian and vegan diets/lifestyles. I thoroughly document vegan restaurants and events around the country with photos and reviews. To stay current within the market I use a large variety of social networking sites and correspond with companies within the health foods industry.The photography on the site is done by me unless noted otherwise.

I am in charge of the development of vegan dessert and sweet treat recipes, for the quarterly magazine VegNews. I do the food photography for said column, as well as other features, and multiple covers.

I was a product photographer for Vegan Cuts, a subscription box site for exclusively vegan products. I styled and shot monthly beauty and snack boxes, along with quarterly and larger special occasion boxes.

As an essential team member on the Prepared Foods team, I was used in each area consistently. I was trained and worked in the Coffee and Juice Bar, Pizza Station, Sandwich Station, Salad Bar, Chef's Case and as a Production Chef. Each station has its own set of duties to perform, such as food preparation, cleaning and customer service.
