Her work in business, soft skills training and process work has seen her conducting workshops in Australia, Brunei, Vietnam, the Philippines, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore with consistent favourable feedback. She lectures in universities modules mainly in Hospitality & Tourism, Customer Svc and Care, Retail Management and Facilities Management & Planning. Jacqueline holds a Master of Arts in Professional Education (Training & Development) with NTU, ACTA, DACE, DISNEY, and D.I.S.C Certifications. She has obtained Best Trainer Award in 2015 awarded by PSB Academy and was a winner of the Excellence Service Award (EXSA) in 2017.
