• Source, screen, interview, and hire the strongest candidates for the role.• Support the Recruitment Team in maximizing the use of the ATS to create a more efficient applicant experience and user interface.• Schedule and coordinate recruitment meetings with hiring teams and stakeholders.• Act as a point of contact for new hires and hiring managers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during their onboarding period.• Create and post job advertisements on our company career pages, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other industry-specific job boards.• Coordinate new hire orientations with supervisors for new hires and rehires on history and culture, workplace safety, and the department's standard operating procedures.• Run reports using ATS for the Recruitment Manager on a routine basis to track recruitment trends, goals, and targets.• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers from various departments to fill open headcounts and anticipate longer-term hiring needs.• Oversee the onboarding process for full-time employees and interns, including background checks and required documentation.• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of recruitment, employment, scorecards, compensation, benefits, pay administration, and other related organizational policies, practices, procedures, and/or regulations.
