Hello LinkedIn, I'm Jacqueline, I am currently attending American Public University online, and plan to complete a Bachelors in Psychology next yet. I started working in restaurants in 2006, starting off as a food runner, advancing to a server position, and was a restaurant manager from 2018-2022. While working in restaurants I have always had a part time job in retail. I was involved in the cannabis industry working as a receptionist from 2016-2019. My current passion is animal rescue. I foster dogs for Madera Animal Services, and am the Adoption Coordinator of Small Animals for an Exotic Pet Rescue and Sanctuary. When I am not studying, I spend my time socializing, and networking my fosters in hopes of finding them a forever home. In the future once I complete my degree, I plan to get involved in improving the community, either through social work or working a non profit organization. I have a bleeding heart for children, the elderly, and mentally ill. All while continuing to help and better the lives of homeless pets in the community.
