Ensuring relationships with all parties, including key stakeholders are built and maintained.Responsible for the end to end recruitment for Travel, Operations, Multinational and Junior Underwiring business areas.Talent Partner• Liaise with Hiring Managers with regards to new roles and guide them through the recruitment and approval process. • Holding briefing calls with Hiring Managers and external agencies• Post roles internally and externally via Workday Recruiting and Broadbean. • Hold screening calls with candidates, progressing to interview or declining as necessary.• Process and make both verbal and written offers ensuring correct approvals for compensation are in place. • Assisted with the roll out (global) of the new Workday Recruiting portal• Assist the Early Careers Team co ordinate and run the Graduate and Intern Assessment days • Coach and Mentor the Co Ordination team and HR apprentices.• Track cost savings and spends across the TA team.• Actively involved in Projects for process improvement and enhancement.• Ensuring we are interviewing a diverse range of candidates with diverse interview panels.Talent Acquisition Co Ordinator• Manage applications and chase feedback from the business to ensure we are responding to candidates within the set timeframes• Scheduling upwards of 200 interviews per month with direct, internal and Agency candidates.• Communicating effectively with Agencies, Candidates and Recruiting Managers• Create and post requisitions on our internal and external sites.• Create all offer letters for our internal and external candidates and track them through the background vetting process. • Ensure that TA Process is followed during sourcing, offer and interview stage.• Facilitate interviews across different time zones using Microsoft Teams and Bluejeans.
