We are project managers of our client's divorce, helping them to navigate (either individually or together) the journey of divorce with support, options and a strategy.I consider that success is not only when a client achieves a good divorce settlement as quickly and cheaply (in the circumstances) – but when clients conclude their divorce process intact and happy with how they have behaved and who they are.Who do we help?Anyone who is experiencing a marriage breakdown, contemplating separation or in the middle of a divorce. Why do I do what I do?Having worked as a lawyer for Australia’s top law firm for many years and later as a negotiation trainer and conflict coach for a Top 10 ASX company, I unexpectedly found myself in the process of having to negotiate a divorce settlement with the father of my 3 young children. Despite all my professional experience and skills, I still found the process stressful and overwhelming. Divorce seemed like a black hole - I didn’t know who to turn to.
