I possess the ability to drive growth despite the exceptionally difficult circumstances; namely the Covid-19 pandemic and the latest severe economic crisis in Lebanon. These difficult times reaffirmed my ability to manage the company and lead my team even in the most exceptional situations, taking tough decisions, deploying creativity and motivating my team to achieve the utmost. I also use my relationship-building skills to make sure the company's culture is that of harmony, support and encouragement, acknowledging that the ProFunds’ team is one of its valuable assets. I was able to meet my objectives and they are:• Fortify the trust in our firm and its professional high-standard services• Join the standard setters in the microfinance world• Link ProFunds to a chain of global microfinance network, with the aim of enlarging our scope of expertise from experiences we get to exchange with people “in the know” all around the world. My efforts with the company got rewarded as ProFunds became a member of the Microfinance Association; a global professional body of microfinance practitioners registered in London.

My position as the managing director of a lifestyle magazine combined the tasks of decision-making with the media production.• I set the magazine’s production schedule and made sure all the departments met the deadlines to get the magazine to print. • Expenditures, costs, financial plans, abiding by the financial plans…. all were part of my role as a managing director along with managing the fiscal year.
