Current- Overseeing sourcing, hiring, and employee acquisition processes.
- Train hiring managers and interviewers on our hiring process including hiring to values, interpreting candidate assessments, behavioral interviewing, and other best practices.
- Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers on recruiting strategy for their organizations and ensure proactive communication on active searches.
- Quickly identify roadblocks and seek out the root cause of problems then work to implement solutions that move the business forward and enable us to achieve our goals.
- Create and proof guidelines for hiring practices within the organization.
- Building relationships with key organizations, bodies, and institutes.
