- The front line for the Recreation Department of the University and contact point for all Club Sports and Intramural Sports related business. - Clerical responsibilities, answering the department telephone, customer service, data entry, office management in the absence of Career Staff employees, etc.

- Direct and indirect supervision of 40+ employees per shift- Responsible for well-being and any logistical problems of the 300+ student and community participants per shift, across all locations (two-six separate locations)- CPR and First Aid Certified - Direct contact with Facility and Department staff
