BQICC is the interface between 4th Street Clinic staff and the 4th Street Clinic Board of Directors in reviewing policy and procedures, reviewing all credentialed personnel, ensuring on-going and effective efforts in quality improvement (including incident reports and patient and staff satisfaction surveys) and then reporting to the Board of Directors for approval of pertinent policies, procedures, credentialing, and quality improvement matters.
