• Preparation of Forms 5500 and related schedules• Calculations of employer stock Fair Market Value• Processing of plans on ASC Pension Systems:• Record-keeping, including producing and mailing quarterly statements to clients• Inputting/updating of Plan specifications• Inputting/updating of census data• Performance of compliance testing• Creation and issuance of Forms 1099-R• Processing of government filing extensions• Exercising judgment in determining acceptable data • Meeting all deadlines with regards to internal and external due dates• Uploading of Forms 5500s to EFAST2• Remaining current on industry issues• Communicating needed information to clients – both internal and external• Utilizing available tools to meet or exceed clients’ needs• Assisting with collection of data and explanations as required by clients, IRS, DOL or peers• Special projects as needed• Providing back up to all other department (and organization) members• Perform other related duties as assigned.
