As a Sales Associate, our sole purpose is to free up as much time for each of the Sales Reps to focus on making calls/sales and deepening relationships with customers. Not only does the Sales Associate role have interaction with Sales Reps, but also with customers, merchandising, RFS, warehouse employees, and sales managers or VP of sales. Our skills and abilities range from something as simple as entering a quote or an order in to SAP to studying orders and recommending current promotions that are applicable. We have experience with following an order through SAP and providing order reports, tracking details, expired or backordered product, submission of PCA’s and even troubleshooting issues with incorrect part numbers or SPA’s.
