As a police lieutenant with a vast range of experience in law enforcement, I bring a unique blend of leadership skills and practical expertise to my work. For the past six years, I have been serving as a supervisor in the patrol capacity, where I have honed my leadership skills by providing guidance to my team of officers.Prior to my supervisory role, I served as an officer and detective, where I focused on investigating and preventing various crimes such as robbery, homicide, assaults, gang related crimes, and property thefts. My extensive experience has given me a comprehensive perspective on law enforcement and community safety.Throughout my career, I have prioritized building strong relationships with community members and stakeholders. I have earned their trust by practicing open communication and being transparent in my dealings. I believe that my experience in a supervisory role within the patrol capacity has provided me with a more comprehensive perspective on law enforcement and community safety. I am deeply committed to using my skills and knowledge to serve and protect my community to the best of my abilities, with a focus on promoting positive change both within my department and beyond.
