My 15-year career in the mental health field has given me experience in a wide range of clinical and business areas, such as product development, evidence-based course and curriculum design (B2B & B2C), clinical evaluation of programs and products, and employee coaching, training, and mentoring.I am now focused on applying my skills in the rapidly evolving field of digital mental health. I develop innovative, research-driven, and scalable digital mental health solutions for forward thinking businesses.The background I bring to mental healthtech includes: - High-level psychotherapy knowledge, skills and application: I employ evidence-based techniques to help individuals and groups work with mental health challenges, workplace stress, relationship issues, and improve overall well-being. - Startup experience in the corporate learning and employee well-being sector: I was the co-founder and director of service engagement at Experience YOL, a corporate learning and well-being company. This ignited my passion for partnering with businesses to improve productivity and performance, through targeted strategies to enhance employee well-being.- Accountability to anti-racism, neurodiversity and DEI principles: As a white, neurodiverse, able-bodied, straight, cis-gendered female, I am dedicated to ongoing inquiry of my own identity and the identities of others.
