As a program manager, I oversee the implementation of service plans that aim to improve the quality of life and well-being of our consumers and their families. I have a bachelor's in psychology from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania, in which I completed a triple concentration in the areas of: lifespan, counseling, and the mind-body connection. I have more than five years of experience in the fields of sales and customer service, where I honed my skills in communication, phone etiquette, problem-solving, and relationship-building. I am passionate about helping people achieve their goals and overcome their challenges, and I use my knowledge and skills to create and deliver effective solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our diverse and dynamic community.
