As a Manager, my focus is to develop a team that provides a high level of client service to all bank clients and prospects by meeting and exceeding operational and service standards. I have more than 15 years of experience in client service and support. With recognized strengths in financial account maintenance, problem solving, operations and understanding of regulations as well as management. I provide a high level of client service and I train and motivate my team to provide that same level of client service. I have a positive and productive outlook with a constant need to learn and further develop my knowledge and abilities both personally and professionally. In June of 2015, I achieved my Associate of Arts in Business from Baker University. I am eager to continue down a path that will allow me to better myself, reach my professional goals, and become an instrumental part of a growing company. In early 2014, I joined the board of Urban Ranger Corp. The Mission of the Urban Ranger Corps is to help prepare at-risk inner city youth for responsible and productive future through a program of disciplined work experience and service in their community, leadership development, and individualized planning for post- High School careers.
