I am co-Director and co-founder of Parker Coles Curtis Lawyers. I advise and represent clients in relation to children’s living arrangements, family violence, property disputes, superannuation splitting, spousal maintenance and child support matters. I appear regularly in the Family Court of Australia, Federal Circuit Court and ACT Magistrates Court. I assist clients to focus time and resources towards resolving their family law dispute and reduce conflict, particularly where children are involved. I bring an empathetic approach in understanding that family breakdowns are one of the most significant challenges in life and that there is no 'one size fits all' answer. I assist clients in both Court-based (litigation) processes and out-of-Court solutions (negotiations and mediation).My aim is to make difficult family law challenges that life can bring easier to navigate. I strive to guide my clients beyond a challenging and overwhelming life transition into renewed contentment for the next chapter.
