Manage inventory, open production orders, logistics, shipping, & quality and maintain a real-time status system to provide current updates to all teams. Communicate with Vendors to confirm ESDs and deliveries of issued Purchase Orders. Create and/or extend materials, BOMs, routing, and work scheduling. Expand BOMs to include labor, waste and set up costing details. Communicate with logistics companies for shipping and receiving details as needed. Maintain accurate inventory levels by reviewing goods movements and performing adjustments. Perform Work Scheduling/Record Info/Source List in SAP for new part numbers to allow for MRP processing.
