About Jacquelyn Hackett, Ms, Rdn
Jacquelyn is a Dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and Certified Personal Trainer helping others find health through a holistic approach teaching intuitive eating and mindset coaching. Her own health journey began in college after dealing with digestive issues, disordered eating, body image struggles, severe anxiety and sports injuries. She wasted hours and days of her life over exercising, under eating and restricting food to fit the thin ideal. Exhaustion, frustration, fatigue and overwhelm were commonplace. She never fully enjoyed dinners with friends, nor did she indulge in fun cultural foods while abroad and ultimately missed out on life for many years. After the traditional healthcare system provided no solutions, she turned to studying functional nutrition and working on herself from within.Through continuous education and personal growth she was able to dig deep, heal her traumas, learn to meditate, read ALL the self help books, and mend her relationship with food and her body. Living life to the fullest is the motto she now lives by 💫💪🏼 She uses her life experiences to help other women regain strength while healing their relationship with food and their body. No diets, no burpees, no BS is what her program offers 🙌🏼Specialties include strength training, digestive health and disordered eating.
